Photo Guidelines:

   <b> Recent and Passport Style</b>: The photo should be a recent, clear, passport-style color photograph.

<b>White Background</b>: Ensure the background is plain white to avoid distractions. 
</li>

<b>Full Face</b>: The photo should show the full face, ears, neck, and shoulders, with a neutral expression (eyes open, not smiling). 
</li>
<li>
<b>Appropriate Lighting</b>: The photo should be taken in good lighting conditions to ensure the face is clearly visible. 
</li>
<li><b>No Head Coverings (Unless Religious)</b>: Head coverings are generally not allowed, unless for religious reasons. 
</li>
<li><b>Avoid Selfies</b>: Ask someone else to take the picture for you to ensure proper framing. 
</li>
<li><b>Image Size and Format</b>: The image size should be within the specified limits (e.g., less than 50kb) and in JPG/JPEG format. 
</li>
<li><b>No Digital Alterations</b>: Avoid any digital enhancements, alterations, or retouching. 
Check Resolution and Scanner Settings: If scanning, ensure the resolution is set to at least 200 dpi and the color is set to True Color.
