Photo Guidelines:

Recent and Passport Style: The photo should be a recent, clear, passport-style color photograph.

White Background: Ensure the background is plain white to avoid distractions.

Full Face: The photo should show the full face, ears, neck, and shoulders, with a neutral expression (eyes open, not smiling).

Appropriate Lighting: The photo should be taken in good lighting conditions to ensure the face is clearly visible.
- No Head Coverings (Unless Religious): Head coverings are generally not allowed, unless for religious reasons.
- Avoid Selfies: Ask someone else to take the picture for you to ensure proper framing.
- Image Size and Format: The image size should be within the specified limits (e.g., less than 50kb) and in JPG/JPEG format.
- No Digital Alterations: Avoid any digital enhancements, alterations, or retouching.
Check Resolution and Scanner Settings: If scanning, ensure the resolution is set to at least 200 dpi and the color is set to True Color.
- Crop the Image: After scanning, crop the image to the edge of the photograph.
